Panoramas
Panoramic photographs show each room as it really is, allowing a potential buyer to see a whole room at a time, or the whole house in a tour; not just one wall or one corner. This technique goes beyond traditional photography methods and computer processing, and can give a visitor a true understanding of a property in a short visit to a virtual tour.
Traditional Stills
MLS listings allow a small number of still photographs to give potential buyers a quick glance at a home. These are very important, as they are what will attract people to look deeper at your home. Traditonal landscape and architectural techniques will give you an edge over the agents with their cell-phone cameras.
Virtual Tours
Once you have some panoramas assembled, it is convenient to show potential buyers how each room flows to the next. By assembling individual panoramas into a tour, they can move from room to room. This is an optional step that some may appreciate.
